Mobile Decontamination Systems
Biosecurity at farms, food production facilities, and other controlled entrances often requires personnel to shower in and out of the perimeter. Decontamination of equipment entering or leaving these facilities is also a primary biosecurity requirement to prevent the spread of disease and other contaminants. ICS provides modular containerized systems to meet these requirements regardless of the operating environment. Below are examples of our perimeter management and equipment decontamination biosecurity systems.

Mobile Biosecurity Shower Systems
Whether temporarily providing quarantine boundary management or permanently establishing a biosecurity perimeter, our containerized Mobile Biosecurity Shower Systems can be used to prevent the transmission of biological pathogens across biosecurity boundaries at urban or austere locations. These systems are designed to have one end positioned at the unmanaged (potentially contaminated) side of the perimeter, and the other at the managed (decontaminated) side. Personnel move through separate private chambers to disrobe, shower, and re-dress before being allowed to breach the perimeter. Individual shower systems with temperature-regulated warm water, simple 3-button controls, and antibacterial soap dispensing systems expedite cross perimeter excursions and minimize operating cost. Our shower systems are climate-controlled and can be configured with a variety of safety/security controls, shower sizes and orientations, and other personnel amenities, as desired. These systems fit within 20 ft or larger containers and can be equipped with power generation, and clean and dirty water management systems for use in locations without onsite power or water.
For higher throughput applications, ICS can provide a Mass Personnel Decontamination system which includes a 40 ft. x 80 ft. (or larger) inflatable air beam shelter (IABS). These systems typically provide 28 to 40 individual shower stations, a 30 kW diesel electric power generator, 100 gallons per minute of water flow at 40 psi, 2 million BTUs of continuous hot water, safety lighting, personnel routing, signage, and contaminated water scavenging systems. They are capable of processing up to 300 people per hour and can include non-ambulatory equipment to decontaminate incapacitated personnel. These systems can be assembled by 6 to 8 people in 4 to 6 hours and are typically integrated in two 40 ft. containers.
Mobile Equipment Decontamination Systems
ICS has a patented equipment decontamination system that utilizes a dry, low concentration hydrogen peroxide vapor to decontaminate almost any equipment, including sensitive optics, electronics, and some surgical equipment. This highly effective system recirculates the vapor throughout a decontamination chamber, continually monitoring and regulating the temperature, relative humidity, and hydrogen peroxide concentration to ensure a thorough and safe decontamination process. When integrated into an ICS supporting container system, this technology can also be used to decontaminate entire rooms in buildings and aboard ships. These systems can be combined with our power generation modules and our hydrogen peroxide generation systems to provide fully self-contained operation.
