ICS is a commercially focused, wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. (IS4S). We’ve been in business since 2008, delivering fully integrated, military-grade containers to government and commercial customers under the name of our parent company IS4S. ICS was officially launched in 2024 to meet the unique challenges of commercial businesses, while IS4S maintains its work in the defense sector.

Meet the ICS Team

  • Bob Henderson - Head of ICS Operations

    Mr. Henderson is the senior management and technical leader on the ICS team. He has over 31 years’ experience in complex system designs, construction, and fabrication for the US military and a variety of commercial customers. His experience includes the design, integration, and deployment of unique robotics, software, electrical circuit design, and communications systems. Mr. Henderson leads the company’s talented team of engineers, technicians, fabricators, and support staff to provide new business development opportunities, and in the development of new and unique containerized systems for ICS customers.

  • Charles DePlachett

    Mr. DePlachett is the senior mechanical design engineer for container systems at ICS. He has over 30 years of program management, system engineering, and mechanical design experience. A licensed PE in the state of Alabama with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mr. DePlachett has been with ICS and its parent company, Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S), since 2010 and was recently made Senior Technical Fellow at IS4S. His leadership, innovative mechanical designs, and dedication to exceeding customer expectations has been essential to the success of ICS over the years.

  • Matt Anderson

    Mr. Anderson is the senior electrical and computer engineer for container systems at ICS. He has over 15 years’ experience in the complex design, integration, and deployment of power generation, power management, small signal and communications circuits, hardware, and firmware. Mr. Anderson has a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering and has been with ICS and its parent company, Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S), since 2012. His daily contributions of expert circuit design, leadership, and innovative system integration have been a leading driver in the success of ICS.

  • Jason Hemphill

    Mr. Hemphill is the production manager at ICS. He has over 15 years’ experience as a system integrator, fabricator, and mechanic for high horsepower internal combustion engines. His responsibilities include working with the ICS engineering team to ensure seamless transition from 3D CAD model designs to implementation, working with the technical staff to schedule work tasks, quality improvements, and final test and checkout of all containerized systems. His background also includes working in high pressure team environments on world-class race teams, engine building, and team logistics.
