EMARC Systems
The Expeditionary Maintenance and Repair Container (EMARC) suite was designed to survive rugged military transportation and operating environments anywhere in the world. Each of the three EMARC systems below were designed, built, tested, and delivered in less than 90 days. They demonstrate how our team can rapidly understand your unique needs, provide 3D concept renderings, and deliver according to your timeline – anywhere in the world.

EMARC I
EMARC I provides a complete end-to-end, self-sustaining machine shop capability. It can be delivered with any configuration of equipment. These photos show a CNC machine, lathe, welder, press, band saw, plasma cutter, and a variety of hand tools. EMARC I includes a 30 kW diesel generator and shore power management system in a separate 10 ft. container. This keeps the noisy/hot equipment away from the operator, providing a much more productive work environment. It also prevents modification of the exterior of the container, which eliminates the need to undergo the expensive commercial transportation recertification process. EMARC I is available in a single 40 ft. container, or in a three-container configuration (shown) consisting of two 20 ft. containers with equipment, and a third 10 ft. container with all power generation and ventilation support equipment.
EMARC II
EMARC II was designed to provide a much larger workspace than can be realized in a conventional shipping container. Designed for coatings removal and application, this system provides two rugged, military-grade inflatable air beam shelters (IABS) that fold out from the all-access container and inflate in less than 30 minutes. Once inflated, the shelters remain in place without any additional air provision. One IABS is used for sandblasting and other coating removal and repair tasks. The other IABS is a complete crossflow filtered paint booth for coatings application. The operator is provided with cooled, filtered breathable air, a separate tool air system, and dual 80-gallon air compressors. The second container provides climate controlled workspace. As with most EMARC systems, EMARC II is self-sustaining with an onboard 25 kW diesel electric power generator. It can also accept shore power when available. EMARC II systems can be configured for climate-controlled living spaces, offices, emergency shelters and hospitals, and temporary meeting facilities.
EMARC III
When equipment breaks down and parts are needed, schedule delays and cost overruns can accumulate until those parts are located and shipped to the work site. EMARC III provides the capability to design and fabricate repair parts onsite in real time, minimizing costly downtime and delays. Configured with its own 25 kW onboard diesel electric power generation system and two well-appointed climate controlled 20 ft. containers, EMARC III is the ultimate manufacture-on-site system. It includes a 3D CAD design package, a 3D plastics printer, a 3D carbon fiber printer (for stronger plastic parts infused with carbon fiber and for flexible gaskets), and a unique metal printing system for intricate repair parts made and tempered in the automatic furnace to meet a variety of steel hardness criteria. This system was put through its paces at a large shipping facility to prove its worth. In that demonstration, ad-hoc requests were made for parts needed to manufacture and repair a variety of shipboard systems. In each case, the appropriate part meeting OEM standards, or a suitable temporary replacement, was created, built, and provided to the customer in hours – not days or weeks. The equipment in the EMARC III system can be tailored to provide the parts making capability that will keep your systems up and running at any work site.
